At Games Crusade we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased online, return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 14 days and we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge, providing you contact us within 14 days of receipt. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure that you package your items carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing, you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
